The World Realty Congress Awards 2025 wrapped up in Dubai after a week of talks, tours and masterclasses that brought together leaders from the global property sector. The awards celebrated firms for strong performance in areas like customer experience, community engagement and sustainable practice. Winners included real estate services group Asteco and Colliers, while Dubai Residential took home two top honours for service and asset management. Wadan Developments was named Best Upcoming Developer and Ejadah won awards for staff development and facilities management. The event saw more than 260 entries from over 90 companies.
