Dubai-based developer **H&H** has joined with Abu Dhabi’s sovereign investor **Mubadala Investment Company** to launch **Eden House** luxury residences on **Al Maryah Island**, a key part of the capital’s financial and lifestyle district. The partnership will deliver more than 200 upscale homes set within a growing mixed-use community of offices, retail and leisure space. Developers say the project adds fresh high-end housing supply to one of the UAE’s most sought-after locations, attracting both local buyers and foreign investors. Al Maryah Island continues to expand as a premium address for business and living.
